Doors. Doors to all rooms on the premises of a sauna, rap or massage parlor shall <br /> <br />be incapable of being locked from the exterior or interior with the exception of the <br /> <br />front and rear access doors. <br /> <br />4. Construction Materials for Sauna Rooms, Locker Rooms, Rest Rooms and <br /> <br />Bathrooms. All sauna rooms, locker rooms, rest rooms and bathrooms used on the <br /> <br />premises shall be constrUcted of materials which are impervious to moisture, bacteria, <br /> <br />mold or fungus and must be kept in a sanitary condition. The floor-to-wall and <br /> <br />wall-joints shall be constructed to provide a sanitary cove with a minimum radius of <br /> <br />one inch. <br /> <br />5. Rest Rooms. All rest rooms in a sauna, rap or massage parlor shall be provided <br /> <br />with mechanical ventilation with two (2) cfm per square foot of floor area, a hand <br /> <br />washing sink equipped with hot and cold running water under pressure, sanitary <br /> <br />towels and a soap dispenser. <br /> <br />6. lllumination. All rooms in the licensed premises shall be illuminated with not less <br /> <br />than thirty (30) footcandles of illumination. <br /> <br />7. Janitor's Closet. Each establishment shall have a janitor's closet which shall <br /> <br />3 - 62 <br />
