Violation of any of the requirements of this Chapter; <br /> <br />2. Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with securing the license; <br /> <br />3. Habitual drunkenness or intemperance in the use of controlled substances under <br /> <br />State or Federal law . <br /> <br />4. Conduct adverse to the interest of the public health, safety, morals or welfare; <br /> <br />5. Failure fully to comply with any of the requirements of any ordinance, rule, <br /> <br />regulation, law or statute of the City, or the United States Government; <br /> <br />6. Material variance in the actual plan and design of licensed premises from the plans <br /> <br />and specifications submitted to the City along with the application; <br /> <br />7. Conviction for any offense involving moral turpitude or sexual misconduct; and <br /> <br />8. Operation without a license as required hereby. <br /> <br />B. Appeal. The licensee may appeal such suspension, revocation or non-renewal to the <br /> <br />3 - 68 <br />
