<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 4 Animals and Pets <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Residential Kennel. "Residential Kennel" shall mean any structure <br /> <br />. specifically designed and used for the non-commercial harboring of up to three (3) dogs <br /> <br />that are more than three (3) months old, in conjunction with a residential use of property. <br /> <br />Nl!1f: This subdivision is not consistent with Section 420. "Owner" or "Keeper" shall mean any person, firm or <br /> <br />corporation owning, harboring or keeping a dog. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 At Large. "At Large" shall mean any dog that is off the premises of its owner <br /> <br />and not effectively restrained by the use of a chain or leash not to exceed eight feet in <br /> <br />length, ~age or kennel, ()r()tbe~\Visephysic~lly restrained. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Nuisance, "Nuisance" shall mean any dog which habitually or frequently barks <br /> <br />or cries; frequents school grounds, parks, or public beaches; chases vehicles; molests <br /> <br />or annoys any person away from property otl:!.e.ttl1~, that Of the owner; is repeatedly <br /> <br />found running at large; or attacks other animals. <br /> <br />Subd.7 Local Animal Control Officer. "Local Animal Control Officer" shall mean <br /> <br />any person employed or contracted by the City for the purpose of aiding in the <br /> <br />enforcement of this Chapter.
