It shall be <br /> <br />unlawful to make any false statement in an application. Applications shall be filed with the <br />City Administrator. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Persons Ineligible. No license required by the provisions of this Section shall be <br /> <br />granted to, held by, or renewed for any person who: <br /> <br />A. Is under twenty-one (21) years of age, or who is otherwise barred from holdirig <br />a license under State Law; <br /> <br />B. Has, within five (5) years prior to the application for the license, been convicted <br /> <br /> <br />of a felony, or of violating any law of this state or local ordinance relating to the <br /> <br /> <br />manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession for sale or distribution of intoxicating <br /> <br />liquors or beer or malt liquor and cannot show competent evidence under Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Section 364.03, of sufficient rehabilitation and present fitness to perform <br /> <br />the duties of a beer license; <br /> <br />C. Is a manufacturer of beer or malt liquor or is interested in the control of any <br /> <br />5 -27 <br />
