No license shall be issued for any premise owned by a person to whom no <br /> <br />license could be issued. <br /> <br />D. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a receipt <br /> <br /> <br />from the City treasurer for payment in full of the required fee for the license as from <br /> <br /> <br />time to time established by Council Resolution. All fees shall be paid into the <br /> <br /> <br />general fund of the municipality.
