No person under the age of twenty-one shall be employed in any <br /> <br />rooms constituting the place in which beer or malt liquor is sold at retail "on-sale," except that <br /> <br />persons under 21 but at least 18 years of age may be employed as musicians or to perform the <br /> <br />duties of table bussing or dishwashing services in places dermed either in this Chapter or in Chapter <br /> <br />340A of Minnesota Statutes, as the case may be, as a "restaurant," "hotel" or "motel" serving food <br /> <br />in rooms in which beer or malt liquor is sold at retail "on-sale." <br /> <br />State law reference-Similar provisions, Minn. Stat. ~ 340A.503. <br /> <br />520.10 Procurement for Minors. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall procure <br /> <br />beer qr malt liquor for any minor. <br /> <br />520.11 Possession by Minors. No minor shall have beer or malt liquor in his et~~tpossession <br /> <br /> <br />with the intent to consume it at a place other than the household of his or her parent or guardian. <br /> <br />520.12 Consumption by Minors. No minor shall be permitted to consume beer or malt liquor <br /> <br /> <br />unless permitted by his or her parent or legal guardian in the parents' or guardians' home. <br /> <br />520.13 Liquor Consumption and Display. No person shall consume or display any intoxicating <br /> <br /> <br />liquor on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating liquors or who does <br /> <br /> <br />not hold a consumption and display permit. <br /> <br />520.14 Gambling.
