Stat. 1688.02 now differentiates between abandoned vehicles, junk vehicles, and <br /> <br />unauthorized vehicles. A sample ordinance is attached <br /> <br />Section 630 - Offenses' <br /> <br />630.01 Adoption of State Law. The various criminal offenses and misdemeanors enacted by the <br /> <br /> <br />State of Minnesota, to the extent that the same may be adopted and enforced by the City, are <br /> <br /> <br />hereby adopted by reference by the City and made a part of this Code as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />630.02 - Curfew. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Imposed. It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of sixteen (16) years to <br /> <br />loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or otherwise be in or upon the public streets, highways, <br /> <br />roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public and other unsupervised places and buildings <br /> <br />or places of entertainment and amusement in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and <br /> <br />'State law references-Criminal code of M.S.
