Frequency. Collection of garbage and other refuse shall be made at least once each <br /> <br />week by a duly licensed collector. <br /> <br />D. Vehicles. All garbage or other refuse shall be transported on the streets or alleys in <br /> <br /> <br />the City only in vehicles with leakproof bodies of easily cleanable construction and <br /> <br /> <br />completely covered with metal. Vehicles shall be so operated that contents do not spill <br /> <br /> <br />or drip upon streets or alleys or otherwise create a nuisance. <br /> <br />630.05 Alarm Systems <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Scope. This Subsection provides regulation for the use of fire, burglary, and safety <br /> <br />alarms, establishes users' fees, and establishes a system of administration. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Purpose.
