No person shall take any fish, frog, turtle or crayfish by angling, <br /> <br />spearing, archery, netting or trapping from any open space waters or from any shoreline, pier <br /> <br />or dock included in the system except in specifically designated areas, and then only in <br /> <br />accordance with State law. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Motorized Recreation Vehicle. No person shall operate a motorized off-road or <br /> <br />all-terrain recreation vehicle within any open space site, except in such areas or on paved <br /> <br />surfaces specifically designated for such use. No person shall picnic in any open space site except in those areas <br /> <br />designated and equipped for such use. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Snowmobiling: <br />~: City indicated that it was considering banning snowmobiles in parks completely. <br /> <br />A.
