No person shall allow the release of any substance which shall result in the pollution <br /> <br />of open space waters or endanger the health of the public. <br /> <br />B. No person 'shall deposit, scatter, drop or abandon in any open space site any paper. <br /> <br />bottles, cans, sewage, waste, trash or other debris except in receptacles provided by the <br /> <br />department for such purposes. No person shall deposit in any receptacle in any open <br /> <br />space site any accumulation of waste or trash generated outside the boundaries of the site. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Firearms, Weapons, Fireworks. No person except a law enforcement officer shall <br /> <br />possess or carry a firearm of any description, any airgun, bow and arrow, knife with a blade <br /> <br />greater than three (3) inches, slingshot, dart or projectile thrower, ll~~, or any other <br /> <br />dangerous or illegal weapon in any open space site.
