Code Enforcement Un date <br />Kevin and Nancy will be providing a brief presentation on some of the activities and GIS <br />efforts in the area of code enforcement. They also intend to present some of the socio- <br />economic data that the City now has available. <br /> <br />2. 2000 Bud!!:et/CIP <br />The City Council may wish to provide direction to staff as a result of a discussion on the <br />preliminary 2000 Capital Improvement Plan and issues related to the 2000 budget. <br /> <br />3. Codification <br />The City Council may wish to provide direction to staff on the adoption of Chapters 1 - 10, <br />12 and 16 of the recodified Municipal Code. <br /> <br />4. TCAAP Zonin!!: <br />The City Council may wish to provide direction to staff on the concept of establishing the <br />detailed zoning requirements for the proposed maintenance facility on TCAAP. Staff will <br />present an outline of ideas at the meeting. <br />
