<br /> . . . - .. <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> was duly held at the village Hall in said village on Thurs. , <br /> . the E- day of Deoember 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> , <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Kennedy, Crepeau, Olmen & Stromquist <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Ashbach <br /> Trustee Kennedy introduced en d moved the <br /> adoption of the following resolution: <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON SANITARY SID'7ER IMPROVEMENT NO.6 <br /> WHEREAS it is proposed to improve a part of the north east <br /> portion of the Village of Arden Hills, State of Minnesota, for the <br /> purposes of eventually providing sanitary sewer servicet and to <br /> assess the benefited property for a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1961, Section 429, <br /> NOH THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the village COuncil of the <br /> Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister <br /> Engineering Company for study and that they are instructed to <br /> report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br /> COuncil in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br /> . or any part thereof is feasible and as to whether it should best <br /> be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br /> and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> duly seconded by Member Crepeau , and upon vote being taken <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> wlereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
