<br />-. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Counc il <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minneso ta <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re~ular <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall at <br /> <br /> <br />1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday <br /> <br />the ?Rtl1 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ashbach, Crepeau, <br />Kennedy, Olmen & Stromquist. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Stromquist; <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the a~sessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 <br /> <br /> <br />as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed <br /> <br /> <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 17,196] <br /> <br /> <br />for the purpose of reluding installments thereof to be collected <br /> <br /> <br />along with real estate taxes commencing in 1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original <br /> <br />assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed <br />by property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br /> <br />4It apportionment of original assessment against each original tract <br /> <br /> <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper <br /> <br /> <br />assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br /> <br />of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, <br /> <br />to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1962 <br />and thereafter, <br />
