---- Extract of l1inutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, l'linnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 29th day of November, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock ~ P.M. The following members were present: Crepeau, Nethercut, Olmen and Bjorndahl and, the following were absent: Kennedy Councilman Bjorndahl introduced the follm;1lng resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Red Fax Road from Lexington Avenue to Trunk Highway 51 by the construction of sanitary sewer, sewer services, storm sewers, water services and necessary appurtenances, the construction of concrete curb and gutter and the surfacing of Red Fax Road from Lexington Avenue to Trunk Highway 51, filed with the Council on Monday Se p tembe r27, 19...&2..-, is hereby declared to be signed by the required per- centage of owners of property affected thereby, in conformance with liinnesota Statutes, Sec. 429,035, 2. The petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering Company,and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed ad- vising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- tion with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Nethercut, and, upon vote being taken thereon, the .i
