Land Use - Hamline and Highway #96 <br /> Attorney Courtney advised that removal of a hill on the northeast <br /> corner of Hamline and Highway 196 was a private, rather than village. <br /> matter. <br /> Wilsey tv.ell <br /> Trustee Crepeau moved concurrence with Inspector West's recommen- <br /> dations relative to the location and depth of Donald Wilsey's new <br /> well at 1622 Johanna Boulevard, seconded by Trustee Nethercut. <br /> "otion carried. <br /> Temporary Trailer at 3935 Glenview Avenue <br /> Mr. R. Underdahl requested permission to uark a trailer on his <br /> lot for approximately 6 weeks during reconstruction of his home. <br /> A petition, signed by 27 residents of the area, favored granting <br /> permission. ~ayor Kennedy read a letter from Mr. Bruns concerning <br /> the safety of supports for the trailer. It was reported that <br /> La"~ence Gregory objected to granting the ~ermit. <br /> Trustee Crepeau moved that permission be granted to use the trailer, <br /> up to 90 days, during house reconstruction. Seconded by Trustee <br /> ':lJorndahl. Unanimously carried. Building InsDector Kelley was <br /> reouested to check safety of trailer sup~orts. <br /> \vater Franchise <br /> Mr. Reiling submitted a preliminary proposal on the water franchise <br /> which was referred to AttorneY Courtney. <br /> Culvert - Mounds Avenue " <br /> Messrs. C. Weis of 1964 Mound, J. Weis of 1949 Mound and Kleidon <br /> of 1956 Mound discussed the ')roblem of a plugged cuI vert resulting <br /> in drainage into homes, etc, Referred to Trustee Olmen. <br /> Mr. W. Cedarholm <br /> Mr. Cedarholm registered Complaints concerning combustion fumes <br /> from Presbyterian Homes an. the condition of a road on or near <br /> . ~ his property. Matters referred to Building Inspector Kellel <br /> and Trustee Olmen. <br /> ATTORNEY COURTNEYIS REPORT <br /> Liauor Ordinance <br /> The third re~ding of the proposed ordinance was deferred until the <br /> special council meeting on November 15.
