<br />~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND DIRECTING <br />PREPARATION OF pLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />STREET AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT ON CUMMINGS LANE, <br />KNOWN AS SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.8 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT NO.7. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 26, 1965, <br /> <br />Banister Engineering Company, Village Engineers, were directed to prepare a <br /> <br />feasibility report on the desirability of improving Cummings Lane from Snelling <br /> <br />Avenue to its easterly termination by installing therein a sanitary sewer and <br /> <br />by subsequently improving the street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a report thereon dated May 6, 1965 by Banister Engineering has <br /> <br />been received with reference to said improvements, which report declares that <br /> <br />the improvements are feasible and gives the estimated cost thereof, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(1) The said report of Banister Engineering Company dated May 6, 1965 is <br /> <br />hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br />(2) Banister Engineering Company, Village Engineers, shall forthwith <br /> <br />proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for two separate <br /> <br />improvements upon Cummings Lane as described herein, one being the improvement <br /> <br />of Cummings Lane by installing therein a sanitary sewer, and the other being <br /> <br />the improvement of Cummings Lane by the installation therein of a surfaced <br /> <br />roadway similar to other roadways recently constructed by the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, which construction shall be completed after the installation of the <br /> <br />aforesaid sewer. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Said action shall be taken preliminary to setting the public hearing <br /> <br />on both of said improvements and advertising for bids thereon. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council of <br /> <br />Arden :7;;;1~:__=n:'~_1965. <br /> <br />7--0.
