<br />County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, held at Precinct No. I and
<br />Precinct No. Z befng the place wher~ it was direct~d to be held by .
<br />the Vi 1,lage Counci I ,after giving due noti.ce thereof as provided by law, on .
<br />, .the 8th day of November, 1966, Election and Counting Boards as per attached
<br />being qualified vot"rs of said Vi Ilage, to act as Judges of such Election,
<br />Cha I rmen of ~uch Elect I o.n, each' of vihom had vi i th;'n' twenty days before
<br />such time bee,n designated and appointed by the VillageCounci I to act
<br />~s Judg"s and,Cha,lrmen respectively of' such Election who, being present,
<br />at t,he hour 'of 7:00 o'clock A,M. for the Election Board~ and at 8:00 P.M.
<br />for the Counting Boards-each of them dulY took and subscribed an oath
<br />to faithfully discharge the du'ties required of them at such Election; and
<br />the 'sa i d Judges and Cha i rmen bei ng du I y qual if i ed ,forthw i th opened the
<br />. pailS by proclamation, and the Election prbceeded by bal lot without ad~
<br />journment or intermission until closed.

<br />. The subjecits voted on at such Election, as stated In the Notice.thereof,
<br />were:
<br />To elect two trustees, one for a three year term and one for a
<br />one year term and one Justice of the Peace for'a two, year term.
<br />
<br />At 8:00 o'clock ,in the afternoon of said day the pol Is were closed, Proc-
<br />lamation thereof having been made by one of the' Judges thirty minutes
<br />prevlou,s thereto. The Judges then' ,p,roceede'd to publ icly count and canvass
<br />the votes, and a true s'tatement th"reof was duly proclaimed to the voters
<br />by ,the Clerk, who recorded the same in the Vlllage'Minute Book..
