Vincent P. Courtney, Bui Idlng Insp. <br />Clay Kelley, Administrative Cle,-I'. Lorraine <br />Stromquist and Deputy Clerk Florence Honan. <br /> <br />Street Vacations <br />Atty. Courtney stated that Mr. Adams, owner of the Twin City Trailer <br />Park, had submitted on the I1revlous Thursday a petition and own'ershlp <br />report as required for consideration of a public hearing regarding <br />the vacation of those parts of Mounds Avenue and View Streets within <br />the Trailer Park. A+ty. Courtney informed the Coune! I that at that <br />time he had a questIon on the signers. Mr. AdBffiS was present.and <br />submitted a revised petition which was satisfactory to the 'attornay. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that the publ ie hearing for the vacation of the <br />parts of Mounds Avenue and View Streets within the Twin City T,-ai ler <br />Park be held on April 25, 1966, at 8:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, with <br />notices publ ished on April 7 and 14 In the New Brighten ButletJn;.. <br />seconded by Trustee Olmen; motIon carrIed. <br /> <br />Co~dltlonal Use Permit <br />Trustee Hoffmann moved, s~conded by Trustee Crepeau, thut the pub! ic <br />hearing regarding the conditional use permit requested by Markley <br />Laboratories, Inc. to 0perate its business at 4606 Old Highway 8, was <br />set for AprIl 25, at 8:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, that the legaJ <br />publication be given and notices be mailed; motion cairiod. <br /> <br />Proposed Zonln~ Ordinance <br />Matters relating to the proposed zoning ordinance were discussed zs <br />listed by ex-Mayor Kennedv and Atty. Courtney. Some items were <br />clarified by Carl Dale's reply to Atty. Courtney's letter. No actlon <br />was taken. <br /> <br />Metropolitan Transit Meetinq <br />Mayor Nethercut Informed the Cocncil that a meeting ~1i II be held <br />tomorrow (Tuesday, April 5) at the Mpls. City Hal I.
