Mayor Ashbach read the notice of the public hearing on vacation <br /> of certain property located in the Village 01' Arden Hills as per <br /> attached. <br /> Owners of the properties involved are L. Dwight Crouse. 2530 Siems <br /> Court. owner of Lot 9 _ as described as per attached~ and Hamline <br /> University and Mrs. Patricia Patterson~ 3511 Ridgewood Road~ o~ners <br /> of Lot 9~ Arden Hills, as described as per attached. <br /> James Kelsey. 3541 Ridgewood Road, stated that he did not feel <br /> that sufficient ti~e had elapsed to determine if the culdde-sao <br /> 1s adequate. <br /> Mrs. Carolyn '1'19s01. 3566 Siams Court. was concerned with future <br /> development. She stated that at this time there are six lots <br /> vacant and 'Was concerned about the additional population using <br /> the oul-de-sac. <br /> Trustee Kennedy suggested thut the Village negotiate w1th Mrs. <br /> Patterson for a 10 foot ease1<.ent for snow removal purposes before <br /> releasing that portion of Lot 9. <br /> Referred to Village Attorney to confer with Mrs. Patterson. <br /> Matter also referred to the Village Engineer. <br /> Trustee Kennedy moved the meeting adjourn until January 26, 1963 = <br /> seconde~ by Trustee Crepeau. motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9855 p~m. <br /> , ~~~ <br /> ',:<.,,"" <br /> "Clerk Lorl'aine Stromq s <br /> , <br /> ~ <br /> . <br />
