Tuesday, November 28, 1961 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Ashbach. <br /> Roll Call: Present; Ashbach, Crepeau, Kennedy, Olmen, Stromquist. <br /> Absent; None. <br /> Also attending were Wm. Banister, Roger Short md Karl Burandt , al~ <br /> of Banister Engineering Company. <br /> Mayor Ashbach explained that the special meeting was called to discuss <br /> a proposed contract with Banister Engineering Company regarding street <br /> improvement programs. <br /> Mr. Banister, Mr. Short and Mr. Burandt explained the work and cost <br /> involved for engineering services and presented proposed contract. After <br /> discussion between Council and engineer's, motion made by Kennedy, <br /> seconded by Olmen that agreement of November 9, 1961, as attached, be <br /> accepted by the council as the contract for engineering services by the <br /> Banister Engineering Company for Street Improvements Nos. 5', 3 & 4, <br /> subject to approval by the Village Attorney, Mr. Courtney.
