IMPROVEMJ:Nr BOND SINKING FUND <br /> AND DIRECTING THE REDu::nON OF TAX lEVIES <br /> FOR TIiAT FUND BY i\ COORESP(.NDING AIN)UNT <br /> BE IT RE:iOlVED by the Counc 11 of tne Village of Arden <br /> Hills, Minnesota, that by Paragraph:2 of the resolution adopted <br /> Jul y 20, 1961, entitled "Rue lutien Authoridng the Issuance <br /> of $42C,OOO Sheet Improvement Bonds, Series B. and E$tablishing <br /> the Form and Terrrs Thereof", the Cou.l\<:ll levied a tax in the <br /> . . . . , ' <br /> amount (If $25,000 upon all taxable propel'ty within tht Village, <br /> to be sp:read on the tax rolls of 1961, for collection in 1962.. and <br /> appropriated such tax to the Street Improvel!l8't Bond Sinking Fund <br /> of the Village, for the payment of the bonds authorludby add <br /> resolution; that thert is now on hand, and properly available for <br />~ such purpose, the IUl/l of $5,000 in the General Fund of the <br /> village, which is hereby approp:riated ir:revccably to said linking <br /> fund; that the Village Clerk is hereby authClri:zed and directed to <br /> certify to the County Aucl1 tor of Ramsey County the fact and 8IIlount <br /> of such appropri.ation, andthat the County Auditor shall reduce <br /> ;;aid tax levy by tht amount of said appropriation, 8$ provided in <br /> Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 475.61, Subd. 4. <br />
