Village Council . . <br />Vi 11age of Arden Hills <br />Ra~sey County, Minnesota <br />Held August 3,1961 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof ill special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, Vias <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Thursday, the 3rd <br />day of August, 19M at 8:eO o'clock P.t.'.. <br /> <br />The following l!lelllben were present: <br />CrePeau, ard Kennedy <br />dnd'the fo 10",1n9 were absent: Ashbach <br /> <br />AI,so in attendance were Mr. Roger Short of Ban1ster Engineer!n.; <br />Company, village engineers, and Mr. Peter S. popovich of Pehrson & <br />Pcpovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />e The Village Clerk presented an affidavit'show!ng publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the prOposedsupplementa 1 reassusment and <br /> <br />Stromquist, Olll'4ln, <br /> <br />reapportionment of original assessments for Sanitary Sewer <br />I!':"provement No.1 In The Rose Tribune on July 13 and. July 20, 1961. in <br />accordance with the resolution adopted July 10, 1961, which affidavit <br />was examined, found satisfactory, .and ordered placed on file. <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the considera- <br />tion of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, reassessments <br />and apportionMent of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No.1, flaid;:,riginal heating beinghel,d september 9, <br />1960 and said assessment roll as amended being. ad~ed September 9, <br />1960 and <;.rtified to the County Auditor on ~tGber .;24, 1960.
