<br /> - " <br /> Extract of Minutes ,of Meeting of <br /> Village Counc il, <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Held October 18, 1966 <br /> Pu~suant to doe call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> . of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Tuesday, <br /> the 18th day of October, 1966 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The fo llowing members were present: Nethercut, Crepeau, <br /> Olmen, Bjorndahl and Hoffman. <br /> and the following were absent: N une . <br /> Also in attendance were: Lorraine Stromquist, Village Clerk- <br /> administrator, Don Lund of Banister Engineering Company, village <br /> consulting engineers; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & <br /> Popovich, village bond, consultants. <br /> The Village Administrative Clerk presented an affidavit <br /> showing p~blication of notice of hearing On the proposed <br /> assessment for Street Improvement Uc. 7 <br /> in the New Brighton Bulletin on September 28, 1966, in accordance <br /> with the resolution adopted September 26, 1966, which affidavit <br /> was examined,found satisfactory, and ordered placed on fiie. <br /> the Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br /> oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed <br /> with the Village Administrative Clerk were presented and <br /> considered, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> . Name Property Nature of Obiection <br /> Jerome Timm, 1400 Cummings Lane: <br /> Objected to the condition of <br /> ~he street and curb and indicated that they hadnft beenproperiy <br /> :improved. <br /> Richard M. O'Kelly, 1378 Cummings Lane: Agreed with Mr. Timm <br /> and said he felt the grading had not been done properly and the <br /> amount of black top laid does not meet \he requirement of the <br /> contract. <br /> Howard F. Wallace, 1366 Cummings Lane: Also felt that the <br /> grading had not been done properly and objected to the condition <br /> of the curb in froni' of his property which causes water to run onto <br /> his front yard. <br />
