,.. ,.,- \.1/' \ " Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota September 26, 1966 A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Arden ,4It Hills, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on September 26, 1966, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Nethercut, Trustees Hoffmann, Crepeau, Olmen and Bjorndahl and the following 'were absent: None The Administrative Clerk presented to the Council the proposed assessment roll for Street Improvement No.7 prepared by her with the assistance of the village consulting engineers as directed by the Council on September 12, 1966, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to public inspection. Trustee Bjorndahl then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: .1 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSlv'iENT FOR SmEET IMPROVEMENT NO. 7 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Street Improvement No.7, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Administrative Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessmert on October~, 1966 at the Village Hall in the Village of Arden Hills, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of the village at least once, and shall be !Dailed,to the owner of each parcel described in the assess- ment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such as of September~, 1966 on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by -Irustee Hoffma~ __, and upon vote being taken thereon, the fcllowing voted in favor thereof: al I and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
