APPROV AI, OF MINUTES FRO 1\:1 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> HELD ON SEPTEMBER 7. 2005. <br /> Commissioner McClung requested the following change: Page 2, paragraph 4 to read: <br /> "Commissioncr McClung suggcsted that the Planning Commission discuss amending the <br /> city zoning code at some future point so that issues such as this can bc approvcd <br /> administratively instead of having to come to the Planning Commission and Council." <br /> Commissioner Zimmcrman moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to approve the <br /> August 3, 2005 minutes as amended. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> A. PLANNING CASE #05-19 - RICHARD KOTOSKJ AND KI1VI BRYSON D/B/A <br /> BRYSON \VOODS. 2233 DELL \VOOD STREET. ROSEVILLE. l\lN; <br /> PRELll\'lINARY PLAT (t 978 THOM DRIVE) <br /> Mr. Rellegers stated applicants were requesting a preliminary plat.
