COUNCIL CHAMBERS. 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order the Special <br /> City Council meeting at 5:40 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead, Councilmembers David Grant, Brenda Holden, <br /> David McClung, and Fran Holmes. <br /> Absent: l\ione. <br /> Also present were City Administrator, Michclle Wolfe and Community Devclopment <br /> Director, Karen Barton. <br /> APPROV AI., OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> NE\V BUSINESS <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated the City Council would be adjourning the special City Council meeting <br /> to go into a closed session to discuss the status of the TCAAP offer to purchase, pursuant to MS <br /> 130.05 SUBD 3.b. <br /> MOTION: Councilmcmber Grant moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the adjourning of the special City Council meeting to go <br /> into a closed session to discuss the status of the TC AAP 0 fIcr to purchase, <br /> pursuant to MS 130.05 SUBD 3.b.. Thc motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> Mcmbers of the City Council went into a closcd session mceting at 5:45 p.m. <br /> The regular City Council meeting was reconvened at 6:25 PM. <br /> Mayor Harpstead announced that no formal action will be taken by the City Council at tonight's <br /> meeting in regards to the TCAAP offer to purchasc. <br /> Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Special City Council Mecting at 6:30 p.m. <br />
