JOlIN AND JERI HUYETT~ 3203 <br /> SHORE\VOOD DRIVE <br /> Mr. LehnholT statcd applicants were requesting this item be tabled. <br /> Commissioner Larson moved, second cd by Commissioner Thompson to table Planning <br /> Case #06-035, Variance, John and Jeri Huyett, 3203 Shorewood Drive. <br /> Thc motion c:.mied unanimously (6-0). <br /> Ill. PLANNING CASE 06-036: SITE PLAN REVIEW. BRAUSEN'S SERVICE <br /> GARAGE~ 1306/1310 COUNTY ROAD:E <br /> Mr. LehnholT stated applicant was requesting a site plan review to deviate from the sign <br /> regulations to integrate a twenty (20) square foot elcetronic message board into a new <br /> . sixty-four (64) square foot sign at 1306 County Road E. The ncw sign would rcplace the <br /> existing sign at the northeastem comer of the property that is 56 square feet, 14,5 feet <br /> tall, and is a legal, nonconforming sign. Staff recommended approval of the Site Plan <br /> Review subject to the following conditions: <br />
