After that change was made, the City received a letter from Kathy Nclson of 3475 Siems Court. <br /> The letter \vas a request for the City to considcr reinstating the 30 percent openncss requirement for <br /> fences bet\vecn rcsidential properties, Thc resident does not havc a concern with fcnccs adjacent to <br /> busy streets. <br /> Options <br /> The Planning Commission or City Council can direct Staff to preparc language and post a public <br /> hearing for a Zoning Code amcndment.
