<br /> Those planning cases that meet the following four criteria will be eligible to be placed on the <br /> City Council's consent calendar: 0 <br /> The Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval or denial of the planning , , <br /> 0 <br /> case; <br /> 0 The City Council liaison recommends placing the planning case on the consent calendar; <br /> 0 Thcre was an opportunity for the public to comment on the planning case at a public <br /> meeting prior to the City Council voting on the planning case; and, <br /> 0 There was minimal publie input or disagreement regarding the planning case at the <br /> Planning Commission meeting, <br /> As with any consent calendar item, any member of the City Council may remove a plamling case <br /> fr0111 the consent calendar for additional discussion.
