Staff Recommendation Based on the submitted plans and findings of fact, Staff recommends approval of Planning Case :f.I-()7-002 for a Conditional Use Pcnnit to modify the cxterior of the building at 4444 West Round Lake Road. Stall recommends the lollowing five conditions be included with the approval: 1. Thc project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require revicw and approval by the Planning Commission. 2. The prope11y shall not exceed 45 square feet of total wall signage. .., All signage shall require an approved sign pellnit application prior to installation. -) , 4.
