In late fall of 2004, Ramsey County will be adding to the Sheriff's <br /> existing Community Watch program. This program uses <br /> automated voicemail, email, and faxes to distribute law <br /> enforcement information. When enhanced, each community will <br /> be able to contact any nursing care facility that chooses to register <br /> with the program with information and updates. <br /> Ramsey County operates one nursing care facility. That facility will <br /> be notified by the county warning point. <br /> c) Boardinq I Group Homes <br /> Such facilities will use expedient sheltering or evacuate as directed, <br /> using their own assets. Transportation shortfall, beyond private <br /> transportation assets, will be reported to the EOC. Not all such <br /> facilities register with emergency response organizations. However <br /> we will work with the SPRCDPH and Ramsey County Community <br /> Services to reach these entities in a timely fashion. <br />. <br />. <br /> 107 <br />
