The Mayor or City <br /> Administrator (or their designees) arc the only officials authorized to pert()fJll this role. <br /> Method <br /> During an emergency: <br /> I. Evaluate the scope or emergency and appropriate 1'10 response. <br /> ') Establish media brieting room and time schedule f<:>r releases/updates. . <br /> .
