Our resources will work under <br /> Unified Command and remain under county command. <br />OVERALL COMPOSITION <br />Ramsey County: During a declared Countywide State of Emergency, <br />Ramsey County's overall emergency organization will be comprised of all <br />officers and employees of the county, volunteer forces registered to aid <br />the county, and all groups, organizations and persons who may by <br />agreement or operation of law be charged with duties incident to the <br />protection of life and/or property in Ramsey County during such <br />emergency. <br />The Ramsey County Division of Emergency Management and Homeland <br />Security (EMHS) will exercise this emergency management organization <br />in whole or in part at least once each year. <br />Municipalities: During a locally declared State of Emergency, the <br />affected municipality's overall emergency organization will be comprised <br />of all officers and employees of the municipality, volunteer forces <br />registered to aid the municipality, and all groups, organizations and <br />persons who may by agreement or operation of law be charged with <br />duties incident to the protection of life and/or property in the affected <br />municipality during such emergency. <br />The municipal Emergency Management Director will participate In <br />exercises of this emergency management organization in whole or in part <br />at least once each year. <br /> 23 <br />
