""ide f'-me/gelle\" Opcratiolls Plall R''l"isiOI1 5.1, .hl/H', ]005 <br />Municipal EOC's <br />Municipal Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) are noted in the <br />following table. <br />All EGGs have basic back-up generated power; land line and radio <br />communications capability; a provision for securing the facility (in all <br />cases, the local law enforcement agency will provide or arrange for <br />security during operations); basic sanitation needs and access to <br />restrooms. In the event local water systems are compromised, all EOC's <br />will require a vendor or volunteer agency to provide potable water. The <br />local Emergency Management Director is responsible for this activity and <br />for ensuring that all EGC facilities are appropriately stocked and equipped. <br />EGC activation time in all cases will average less than 120 minutes. <br />5R <br />
