<br /> ~ . <br /> ~~HILLS . <br />--.. ...----.-.- <br />January 4,2007 <br />Mayor and City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br />RE: 2007 Pavement Management Progranl <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />At the City Council meeting of October 30, 2006, the Council authorized the preparation of a <br />feasibi lity study for improvements to the streets included in the 2007 portion ofthe overall Pavement <br />Management Progranl. At the November 27,2006 City Council meeting, the Council expanded the <br />feasibility study to also include the streets in the 2009 portion of the Pavement Management <br />Program. This study considers proposed improvements to the following streets: <br />Katie Lane Harriet A venue Chatham A venue BriarknoIl Drive . <br />Katie Court Connelly A venue Royal Lane Karth Lake Circle <br />Brighton Way Lametti Lane Dawn Circle East <br />Pine Tree Drive Lametti Circle BriarknoIl Circle <br />As a part of the study for this area, the various public utilities have been analyzed regarding their <br />capacity and structural integrity. Necessary utility improvements have then been recommended <br />where appropriate. During the process of studying the existing conditions within the project areas, a <br />meeting was held and input was received from area residents, as well as City staff. <br />In accordance with the City Council request, this study has been completed.
