<br /> Project AH -07 -07 . <br />INTRODUCTION <br />This report consists of a detailed investigation of the following streets proposed for improvements: <br />Katie I Jane Harriet A venue Chatham A venue Briarknoll Drive <br />Katie Court Connelly A venue Royal Lane Karth Lake Circle <br />Brighton Way Lametti Lane Dawn Circle East <br />Pine Tree Drive Lametti Circle Briarknoll Circle <br />The projects were initiated by City Council/staff as part of Arden lIills' Pavement Management <br />Program. The streets in these neighborhoods are listed in the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br />as part of the 2007 and 2009 Pavement Management Programs (PMP). <br />Street condition ratings are divided into three categories: "adequate" (66-100), "marginal" (31 to 65) <br />and "problem" (0 to 30). The 2005 street ratings, compiled by GoodPointe Technology, are listed in <br />the table below. Using GoodPointe Technology's pavement management software, ratings can be <br />projected based on the observed street condition and anticipated deterioration of the road.
