The City is awaiting Congressional approval of the OTP, which is <br /> anticipated to occur prior to January 16, 2007. <br /> iD)D$ClUl$$D~1l1l <br /> Mike Comodeca, an attorney with Spencer, Fane, Britt & Browne, out of Kansas <br /> City, Missouri has been hired by the City to represent our interests in this purchase <br /> process.
