Hoisington <br /> 0 Koegler Group, Inc. (HKGi) has been contracted to facilitate this process on behalf <br /> of the City and CRR. <br /> As a starting point, HKGi would like the opportunity to discuss Council's preferences <br /> in relation to the current Framework Vision and subsequent master plan.
