Concealment or Hooding of Source. The source of illuminate shall be <br /> hooded, concealed or controlled in a manner so as to direct Ihe lighting <br /> pattern only on the site to whieh the lighting is intended. <br />C. Intensity. Any light or combination oflights shall not east light that exceeds <br /> a meter reading of onc foot candle on the travel lanes of adjoining public <br /> streets or 0.4 foot candles on adjoining residential property. <br />D. Exterior Lighting of Building Facade.
