<br />C. Permitted encroachments in Scction 1325.03 Subd 2 shall be exempt from <br /> subparts] and 2 above. . <br />1325.06 Requirements for Parking, Loading and Circulation. <br />Suhd. ] Off.Public Street Parking. <br />^- Area and Dimensions of Each Parking Space. For the purpose of this Code, <br /> a parking space shall be not less than three hundred (300) square fc:et per <br /> vehicle of standing and maneuvering area. Individual spaces shall be at <br /> least nine (9) feet in width and eighteen (18) feet in length. <br />13. Access. All ofT-street parking spaces shall have access driveways and <br /> access directly to public streets or alleys. Curb cuts tc)r uses other than <br /> single family homes shall require approval from the CouneiJ. The number <br /> of curb cuts a)ong arterial and collector TOads shall be held to a minimum <br /> whcnever possible. Any residential lot. which has frontage on both a local <br /> street and a eollector street or a nH~ior or minor arterial (as defined by the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of Arden Hills) shall gain access only from the local <br /> street. <br />C Construction Standards. Those standards apply to all dcvelopment except <br /> single-family and two family residences. <br /> I. Surfacing. Off-street parking areas and drives shall be improved with <br /> a paved surface. Such areas shall be so graded and drained so as to <br /> dispose of all surface water accumulation within the area as required <br /> by the City and the Rice Creck Watershed District. <br /> 2. Curbs. A concretc curb and gutter shall be constructed for all . <br /> developments according to the requirements of the City Engineer <br /> except driveways for single and two-family residences. <br />D. Location. All off-street parking spaces herein required shall he )ocated <br /> according to the following: <br /> I. Spaces required for one and two family dwellings shall be on the same <br /> lot as the principal structure. <br /> 2. Spaces required for multiple-family dwellings shall he on the same lot <br /> as the principal structure served or within two hundred (200) ICd of <br /> the main entrance if not locait'd on the same lot. <br /> 3.
