In addition to the requirements of Chapter 12: Sign <br /> Regulations all businesses rcgulated under this chapter shall comply with the following <br /> sign requirements: <br /> A. All signs shall he wall signs. <br /> B. No merchandise or pictures or the products or entertainment on the premises <br /> shall be displayed in window areas or in any area where they can be viewed <br /> fi-om a public street or sidewalk in front of the building. <br /> C. Window areas shall not be covered or made opaque in any way. <br /> D. No sign shall be placed in any window. <br /> E. A one CD square root sign shall be placed on the door of the cstablishment <br /> to state hours of operation and admittance is limitcd 10 adults only. <br />. F. Where any provisions of this section conflict with Sign R~lwl~tions. thc <br /> provision that is more stringent shall bc applied. <br /> SlIbd.3 Physical Layout of Business. Any Adult Establishment having available li)f <br /> customers. patrons or members. a booth. room or cubicle for the private viewing of any <br /> Specitied Anatomical Areas or Specified Sexual Activities must comply with the <br /> following requirements: <br /> A. Each booth, room or cubicle shall be totally accessible to and ti-om aisles <br /> and public arcas of the Adult Establishment and shall be unobstructed by <br /> any door, lock or other control type devices. <br /> B. Every booth. room or cubicle shall meet the following construction <br /> requirements: <br /> I.
