<br />. Section 1370 - Enforcement & Fees <br /> 1370.01 Enf()rcing Ollicer. <br /> Subd. I This Code shall be administered and interpreted by the administrator and enforced <br /> by the City Council through the Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer. The Council <br /> may institute in the name of the city any appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator <br /> as provided by law. <br /> Subd.2 The administrator shall: <br /> A. Dctcrmine if applications comply with the requirements of this Code; <br /> B. Cause the building inspector/code enf()rcemcnt officer to conduct inspections of <br /> buildings and thc usc of land to detennine compliancc with the rcquirements of <br /> this Code; <br /> C. Issue notices of Code violations when necessary. <br /> D. Maintain current and pemlanent records of this Code, including but not limitcd <br /> to, the zoning map, amendments, conditional use permits, variances, appeals <br />. and applications. <br /> E. Receive, fIle and f()rward all applications ft)r appeals, variances, conditional use <br /> pennits and amendments to the appropriate official bodies. <br /> 1370.02 Fees. <br /> Subd. 1 The fees for the various applications of this Code shall be established by the City <br /> Council by ordinance. Such fees may be reviewed and revised by the Council periodically. <br /> Subd.2 The required fee is payable at the time of the filing of the application with the <br /> zoning administrator.
