All proposed changes were <br /> recommended for approval on a vote of 5-0 except for one. The proposal to eliminate the <br /> requircment for fenccs to be at least thirty percent open passed on a 4-1 vote (section 1325.05 <br /> Subcl 4), <br /> Although each proposed change to the zoning regulations can be done with a separate motion, <br /> the non-controversial changes can be groupcd together if the City Council so chooscs.
