Dan <br /> Riehle respondcd they could look at this. but they were doing this on a tight budget. <br /> Commissioner Zimmen11<m stated he understood the economics, but he concuned with <br /> the neighborhoods' concerns. lie stated he would have preferred they scaled back this <br /> and put it on the west side. <br /> Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 8:00 p.m. <br /> 13. Chair Sanclmoved, secondcd by Commissioner Modesette to approve Planning Case No. <br /> O(j-033, Boston Scientdic Planned Unit Devclopmcnt Amendment and Site Plan Review, <br /> 4100 North Hamline Avenue, subject to the twelve conditions as noted in stairs October <br /> 27, 2006. report and amending Condition 8 to rcad: If noise from the building exceeds <br /> I'vlPCA noise regulations for rcsidential areas at the propcrty line, the applicant shall <br /> reduce noise by any means necessary to bc in compliance with MPCA regulations. In <br /> addition, prior to and alter completion of construction for the addition, applicant shall <br /> take measurcmcnts of the noisc to verify compliance \vith MPCA requiremcnts. A copy <br /> of the noise measurements shall be submitted to the City.
