There were a number of phone calls and emails from the original <br />violation, <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Based 011 the submitted plans, Staff rccommends approval of Planning Case #06-028 t()r the Site <br />Plan Review to re-landscape 3433 Lake Johanna Blvd subject to the following seven conditions: <br />1. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted within one year <br /> from thc date of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as dctennincd by the <br /> City Planncr, shall require rcvie\v and approval by the Planning Commission, <br />2.
