Cost estimate from Ileins Nursery for the landscaping plan_ <br /> Revised Conditions <br /> In response to the additional information, Staff proposes the fl)llowing revised conditions, which <br /> includes a revised condition 7a, and the new conditions in 7e, 71: 8, and <), <br /> I. The landscaping plan shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted within <br /> one year from the date of approval. Any signilicant changes to these plans, as <br /> determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 2.
