For many years the City of Arden I !ills, along with a number of Ramsey County suburban <br /> communities, has contractcd with Animal Control Services, Inc. for animal control services. <br /> Discussion <br /> Anima! Control Services Inc. (ACSn has proposed a contract for 2007 that maintains the <br /> cxisting language and approximately a 41>,,'0 rate increase in the 2007 contract for patrol services, <br /> alter hour call-ollts, and animal impoundment fees. At this time, City staff is not aware of any <br /> outstanding issues or problems with the animal control services being provided by ASCI, Inc. <br /> Staff Recommcndation <br /> City staff is requesting a l\.-!olion by the Cily Council to Approve lhe 2007 Animal Control Contract <br /> with ASCI.
