<br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2007 BUDGET
<br /> \VI-IEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has met
<br /> several times for the purpose of discussing the 2007 budget; and
<br /> \VIIEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 o[Minnesota Statutcs requires that the City hold a public
<br /> hearing to adopt a budget; and
<br /> \VHEREAS, The City Council held a Truth-in-Taxation public hearing on December 4,2006, to
<br /> discuss the 2007 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate.
<br /> NO\\' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
<br /> Minnesota, that the attached 2007 budget be adopted and approved:
