Thc company provides someone to attend City mcctings and <br /> prcparc official minutcs of the procecdings. <br /> . DISCUSSION <br /> Timcsaver has forwarded to the City an Addcndum to the Recording Sccrctary Servicc <br /> Agreement. They arc rcquesting a 3%, incrcasc and extension of the existing agreement through <br /> Decembcr 31, 2007.
