<br />, <br />. .~. <br /> ~~ILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOI,UTION NO. 06-63 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SERVICE FEE CHARGE FOR <br /> 2007 RESIDl:NTIAL CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM <br /> \VHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has an established curbside recycling <br /> program in place for Arden Hills residents; and <br /> \VHEREAS, the City will continue the program into the year 2007, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers <br /> Agrecment (JP A) with Ramsey County to assess individual residential property owners <br /> fces to support the recycling program; and <br />. 'VHF:REAS, the City of Ardcn Hills wishes to continue this funding mechanism. <br /> NO\V THEREFORE.
